The line was short but the people at the register was very slow, at the men’s clothing register the employees joke with every customer, after a wile I tough OK maybe it’s part of their job training.
Love this store..went to look for a short blazer and find it..I always spend more than expected, great sales all the time.
I came to buy kid clothes and the department was a mess. And needless to say I couldn't find what I was looking which was pretty much basic items. Blue pants and white shirt for school. Unbelievable
Quite pleasant shopping experience. Love the spacious show floor. Great variety. JC Penny's was having a sale, so that was nice. Store clerks were nice. Only one thing: Though I was leaving after closing with a few bags of purchases, no one said, 'Good night, Thanks for shopping with us tonight.'
This is the WORST JCPenney store I've ever went to! I ordered a pearl necklace to be picked up from the store and a staff member from the jewelry dept were unwilling to help me. I spoke with a woman on the phone to track my package down but she refused to get my package or have someone get it from the shipping room. She hung up on me twice when I asked to speak to the store manager. A week before this, I arrived to the store to check on the item but I had to wait over an hour for someone to assist me! The staff is unorganized and unhelpful. I also spoke with Michael Burrell, who was rude! He cut me off and refused to listen to me when I attempted to explain the situation to him. This experience has deterred me from shopping at a JCPenney's store ever again. I have not shopped at a JCPenny store in years until this. Now I see why. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. It not worth shopping in store or online.
